I’m sorry that I haven’t been out to the last two Monday evening rides I don’t do well in heat. I become a wet rag and get kind of light-headed and crabby. I really miss the rides though and hope to return once the temperature drops. I’m off to Nova Scotia next week for a couple of weeks so maybe when I get bcak, I will be able to rejoin the group. Thanks for keeping me posted.

Have fun in Nova Scotia, Pam! Hopefully it will be cooler than it is here.

  3. Paul Mills says:

Pam to avoid dehydration while riding, drink before you are thirsty. Gatorade and other electrolyte drinks will help. We all are challenged by the heat. Some riders drink chocolate milk. You need salt and potasium for your nrevous system to work .Enjoy NS.

  4. Pam Tate says:

If it’s cooler, I’ll try to be there. The fewer hills the better and 15km is perfect for me; I’m such a rookie!

  5. Glen Fitchett says:

I plan to be there for the Monday ride.

  6. Rick says:
