Bicycle Maintenance 101: Tuesday June 5 (7:00)

George Hussy, fellow club member and also owner/operator of Port Hope Bicycle will be sharing some basic bicycle knowledge at our first ever Bicycle Maintenance 101 presentation. Learn about all those very basic yet simple things that you should do with your bicycle to keep it running smoothly and prevent costly repairs. And if you were wondering about something, don’t be afraid to ask. That’s what we’re doing it for!

While you’re at it, George and his bicycle shop in Port Hope have been making news. Check it out in Northumberland Today “Hussy Shares his Passion for Cycling”

Time: 7:00pm

  1. will be there – although I really am clinging to the notion that all I have to do is ride my bike and then put it away until next time…

  2. Thanks George and Anita. Many of us in NHCC have been looking forward to learning about bike maintenance.I plan to attend.

  3. Unfortunately, I can’t make Tuesdays. Nice article about George in NT (not the best photo though…I think the newspaper owes you a better picture George)

  4. My son Luke is also coming. (The strategy being, he can learn the maintenance and then maintain my bike!)
