Thursday May 12, (23 or 38 km) from Donegan Park, 10am (again!)

It was such a great route, we’re doing it again on Thursday morning. 38km, or a 23km short route, your choice. We all agree that the first half was a little on the hilly side, but the scenery and easier riding in the second half are well worth the effort.

Start time: 10:00am
Start location: Donegan Park
Route map and directions: Click here
Ride Leader: Paul Mills will lead the short ride. **Leader for the long ride TBD

Please comment below indicating if you plan to ride and if you are interested in either the long or the short route. (Don’t worry, you can always change your mind).

Yes! I plan to be there. If anyone would like a little more distance after I plan to ride Bickle and Jamison Hills after.

  2. Brian Hedney says:

I will very likely be there for the 39 km ride.

  3. vivian says:

If it is not raining I will do the short ride Thursday as I only have an hour to ride.

  4. Bruce Bellaire says:

    Long route for me.

  5. Luke De Sadeleer says:

I will be there …..long route

  6. anitamacklin says:

I’m in for the long route.

  7. MariaG says:

I’m in for the long route!

  8. Glen Fitchett says:

I will join in for the short route as I am short of time and need to build up for the longer rides.

  9. I won’t be riding, BUT, if you are doing the short ride I would suggest turning left onto Brookside down to Hwy. 2 and on home. The hill going east on Danforth ( west of McEwen) is as challenging as most in Northumberland County…in my humble opinion.

  10. Jim Pare says:

weather looks great – will likely be straggler on long route

I checked out the weather and it’s not forecasting rain……just a few cloudy spots. So, I think we’ll be okay! See you all at 10:00.
