Sad day! This will be our last scheduled L3 ride of the 2019 Cycling Season. There may be opportunities to get together for Ad Hoc rides; time and weather dependent – so watch for posts or calls on social media. Unfortunately I (The Old Sapper) will not be able to make this ride as I have to present myself in Scarborough at 08:15am the next morning for my Canadian Citizenship Test! Mike is leading this Finale so do get out and support this final effort. Simple route up and down Shelter Valley. Remember the lights and to fully charge them. Enjoy!

25, 50, 100 and 160km Sunday Ride (Sunday Sept 29)
This is it, the final ride in the “official” cycling season before we switch over into off-season mode, so it’s a chance to fulfill a goal! On Sunday we will have three routes to choose from, a 25, 50, 100 or 160km route, starting from the Keeler Center for the 50, 100 and 160, and Presqu’ile Park for the 25k. It’s all pretty darn flat, so you can likely cover more distance than usual! Be sure to bring plenty of water, & stuff snacks in all your pockets, and some moolah $$ in case you see a place to grab a snack or a coffee. (Note: Should the forecast change Saturday looks substantially better than Sunday there’s a possibility we may switch days)
IMPORTANT: please reply and let us know which distance you want to do so that ride leaders and others can plan accordingly. Leave a comment and get the conversation started!
