Bike Up Northumberland is fast approaching! This is fun ride supporting our local hospitals for anyone who can ride a bike, but like all good things, requires a team of people to make it a success. We could use more volunteers to hand out water and snacks and cheer participants on at the stations along the way, or to ride sweep for each of the distances (5, 10,25, 50, 100km).
