No rain this weekend! So, it’s back on. There are indeed hills but it won’t kill you. Plus you’ll get to see some nice new scenery on some further away roads. This ride is a Level 4 for difficulty and we expect the pace to be that of Level 4. If you wish to complete it at a level 3 pace, it’s essential that you leave a comment to let others know and hopefully someone will also plan to ride with you.
In Orono there’s a quaint little restaurant for those who want to pause for lunch. The Firehall Bistro’s menu was pleasing to those who rode last year, so we hope for the same this time.

I did this ride from Port Hope earlier in the season and it is indeed hilly! Ouch! But nonetheless I’m in. I’ll start and finish in PH and get something to eat at the suggested restaurant. Glad the ride has been rescheduled. Fingers crossed on the weather.
I’m planning on riding at a level 3 pace. Hopefully others planning to as well.

It looks like a sunny Sunday with moderate temperatures, although there will likely be some humidity. Count me in. I would like to stop for lunch in Orono.
I plan on doing the level 4 ride. Looks like the weather is going to be fantastic! 🙂
Plan on riding at a level 4 pace. Need to be home early so I won’t be stopping for lunch.
Drove the course Thursday night and have decided it’s too tough for me. Going to do the alternative ride instead. Have fun everyone.

Randy and I are riding and doing lunch at the Bistro. Luke is a possibility too. We won’t be riding at a crazy speed, but at a conversational speed.

I’ve only done a few Port a Hope rides with the club , but will join and see how it goes. I know the area fairly well anyway.
