We’re going 50km, starting in Cobourg. We’ll bike over to Port Hope and do the Glorious Ganaraska Route. Being a level 4 ride, road bikes are required and you must be equipped with a tire changing kit and spare tube. The group may stay together if appropriate, but may possibly break off into groups according to ability. In any event, be prepared for a fast and fun ride, in keeping with the NHCC ride standards for Level 4 that you can find right here. NHCC Ride Standards.

Let’s talk Lights: Believe it or not, the days are actually getting shorter! The Highway Traffic Act requires lights on bikes from 30 minutes prior to sunset, until 30 minutes past sunrise in the morning.
