Thursday June 27th: MORNING Ride from Port Hope (Gilmers)

Two rides tomorrow! One in the morning and one in the evening to accommodate those who are working during the day. We will ride from Port Hope, leaving from Gilmer’s Home Hardware parking lot. There are three routes to choose from, each of them the same for the first 7km and the last 10km. It’s the “in-between” part that is longer for each of the other distances.

And if you really want to add more distance to the route, depart from Canadian Tire at 9:20am and you’ll add an extra 22km total to your route.

Start time: 10:00am
Start location: Gilmer’s Home Hardware parking lot in Port Hope
Level of difficulty: Level 3 and Level 4

  1. Whoo-hoo, it looks like I can finally make a club ride! I will leave from CTC in Cobourg and probably ride the middle distance.

  2. Rode some of these roads yesterday and thought I should let you know that Cranberry Rd is currently under construction and yesterday wasn’t passable. North on Toronto Rd and east on Dale Rd is a possible detour to Sylvan Glen Rd from Gilmers. Have fun riding tomorrow.

  3. Last minute change of plans and I can’t make it to the ride this morning…..make sure you all print out maps and take them with you. The maps are substituting as “Ride Leader” today. 🙂
