We will meet in front of Victoria Hall in Cobourg and then do a semi-urban hike of 7 to 9 kms. Last week we went West and we found chicken wings. This week’s direction – ?? – depending on conditions. These hikes are free, but non-members will need to bring a signed waiver, available here

We will meet in the parking lot of Home Hardware north end on Division. We will walk through the middle of town to South of the 401. We will walk along Densmore and through the new residential areas and back through Northern Industrial park to the parking lot. Social after at Dutch Oven or Craft Food House.

The skiing conditions are great and we are supposed to get some more snow over the weekend. In case the weather and roads take a turn for the worse, please check the post in case of any changes if you plan to come out.

We need to take advantage of all that nice fresh snow, so we’ll ski tomorrow (and the weekend)!

Let’s meet behind the Dutch Oven at 9:30am. We will walk the board walk and up through the middle of town to Tim Hortons on William. We will cross over and trek through the green belt coming out the back of the YMCA. We will return along Ontario Street and do a social either at Craft or Dutch Oven.

Sunday’s weather doesn’t look very promising so let’s take advantage of all the skiing we can get!

Conditions were reported to be not too bad today so we’ll head out on Friday morning!

Right now it looks like the freezing rain will start later in the evening so that’ll give us the chance to get a ski in beforehand. In case conditions change, let me know if you plan to ski so that I can let you know if it’s cancelled, or be sure to check this post before you leave home.
