The 2022 NHCC AGM & Social Festivity: Thursday November 17

It’s our 2022 AGM & Social Festivity! We conduct a little official club biz just to get it out of the way, then get down to the good stuff—Social Festivities! We can reconnect with friends both old and new and just celebrate a fantastically successful 2022 season! You’ll elect & meet the Directors for 2023 and you’ll get a chance to ask whatever Club questions might be on your mind in an informal setting! And hey, there’ll be free refreshments (that alone makes it worthwhile!). Best of all, you can renew your memberships for next year at the special AGM rate of just $35.

Date: Thursday November 17th, 2022
Time: 6:30pm
Location: Baltimore Recreation Centre
Agenda: Click here for the Agenda

RSVP (important): We need to know how many people are coming so that we can adequately plan refreshments! The best way to RSVP—use your Cycle Club account! Leave a comment in the Discussion section to advise us if you plan to bring a guest.  Alternatively, you can email us a secretary@northumberlandhillscyclingclub.com

Rides for the week: Monday September 26 to Sunday October 2

This is the final week of our “Regular” Season. Starting October 1st we switch to Off-Season mode which means that rides won’t appear in regular time slots at regular times.  Rather, they will be posted on a casual basis, periodically whenever someone notifies us that they’d like to lead a ride! It could be any level, all levels, any day or time.  Usually they are fairly short notice (a few days) as potential ride leaders consult the weather forecasts.  You’ll also start to notice that we will switch to hikes from time to time—to keep us moving!  For the remainder of this week however, we have a few rides on the calendar, including a gravel ride on Sunday (about 50km total) and a mountain biking ride on Saturday.  Lots to see out there at this time of year!

The Quick Facts: Upcoming Rides

RSVP: All the details are on your Cycle Club account. If you plan to ride, please locate the Event in your Cycle Club account and click “Going” so the ride leader knows how many to expect.
