Wednesday November 24: Wednesday Evening Hike
It’s going to be a little chillier than we are used to, but it doesn’t matter because you’ll be moving! We tend to walk pretty darn fast on our evening hikes. You’ll probably even get your heart rate going a little, justifying the hot drink that we’ll pop into The Social for afterwards.
What should you expect on a Wednesday night hike? We usually congregate in the parking lot at Port Hope Town Hall at 6:00 then head out for an urban hike that takes us in and out of the nooks and crannies of Port Hope. It’s a different atmosphere than a bike ride–You really get a chance to talk to each other and get to know them! The Christmas lights make November/December evening hikes particularly nice. Wear a pair of comfortable shoes, dress in layers–everything after that will take care of itself. π
Date: Wednesday November 24
Time: 6:00pm
Start location: Port Hope Town Hall parking lot
Hike Leader: Jim Berg and/or Pam Tate

Saturday, November 21st: Hike

Date: Saturday, November 21st
Time: 1:30
Meeting Place: parking lot on Beagle Club Road, Northumberland Forest

2015 Membership Survey
We, the volunteers at the NHCC are always looking for ways to make it the best darn club that we can! But we need your input to help direct our efforts. Can you take about 5 minutes to fill out just 7 shrimpy questions before the upcoming Annual Meeting next Wednesday November 18, 2015? It may not sound like much, but we really do use the results of our survey to help guide and direct the club during our winter planning months. It’s totally anonymous, we promise (unless of course you choose to identify yourself). If you experience difficulty using the survey below, simply click on the Survey link here.
