New Years Day Bike, Hike & Potluck: January 1, 2018
It’s just a month away from 2018, and what better way than to start it off on New Years Day with a Bike, Hike & Potluck? We know you’ll all be recovering from your indulgences the night before so we won’t start till 2:00pm.
We’ll meet at Randy & Anita’s home then head out. Some may bundle up and bike (fat bikes anyone?), others may hike. In any case, we’ll return around 4:00 and share in a Potluck dinner. If you just can’t manage the physical exertion portion cuz you are recovering from New Year’s eve, you are also welcome to participate in the Potluck only. All NHCC members are welcome, just let us know you are coming so we can plan accordingly!
Date: January 1, 2018
What to bring: A yummy shareable dish, your own utensils and favourite drink
Time for hike/bike: 2:00pm
Potluck time: 4:00pm
RSVP: Please email Anita for the address so we don’t have to publish it to the whole world! If you know the address, just leave a comment to let us know you’re coming!

Friday, December 8th: invite for Indian Night
Craft Food House is hosting Indian Night again next month and if I can fill the restaurant Friday, December 8th they will add that date and consider it a private party. Someone from Top Chef will be there that evening checking them out for a pitch to the producers.
Dinner is family style and for those who like their food nice and spicy Chef Z will make up some hot chutney on the side that you can add on your own to boost the heat!
Dinner is $35 per person, and we are the entertainment 😁 Wear your bangles and any other Indian style clothing you may have! Craft is licensed.
This is not an official NHCC event but quite a few of us have been to Craft for Tuesday morning socials as well as an earlier Indian Night and is an opportunity to make them look good and get together for some fun! Space is limited and I already have some spaces filled so let me know ASAP if you’d like to join us. Send Maria an email via the club email address: nhcycling2010@gmail.com
